My credit card was replaced and when my dropbox account was to autorenew. The old card was rejected and I renewed it manually. I have a receipt for the renewal, and my account was downgraded to basic today. I tried to contact support, but since I was downgraded to a basic account, I cannot contact them. I can renew again just to contact them, but will I get a refund? I tried the restore Purchases on my phone, and got the error dropbox.com error 403. Here is part of the email from Drobox 12/14
