My credit card was replaced and when my dropbox account was to autorenew. The old card was rejected and I renewed it manually. I have a receipt for the renewal, and my account was downgraded to basic today. I tried to contact support, but since I was downgraded to a basic account, I cannot contact them. I can renew again just to contact them, but will I get a refund? I tried the restore Purchases on my phone, and got the error dropbox.com error 403. Here is part of the email from Drobox 12/14

Then there is a l"get started" ink on the email . When I go there, my dropbox account is over filled and basic.

Could you confirm if you upgraded to a paid plan, and were then refunded, or did it simply not upgrade at all? Have you tried upgrading since posting your message?
Is the transaction showing up on the card lookup tool here associated to the same account?
