I pay but i have basic account

I registered and paid the bill plus but the dropbox shows me that I only have the free version (basic account) with 2 gb. But my bank has already deducted money for a monthly payment. Please help.

Hi @missakolarova; welcome to our Community!

Can you please let me know if you upgraded through our website or maybe via a mobile device through an app store? 

In the former case, could you use our self-served look up tool to find the email address that's associated with your payment?
