Hello! Purchased a Dropbox Plus subscription on October 17 for 949 rubles. This subscription is not working! And the money was debited from the account. I ask for a refund.

Can you let me know if the charge was made directly to Dropbox?

 

Otherwise, was the charge through the Google/Apple app store from upgrading through the mobile app?
