Hi @Tifflynn, thanks for posting on the Community!

 

If you upgraded to a paid personal plan, namely a Plus or Professional account, you can downgrade your plan here.

 

If you’re the team admin on a Dropbox Business team, you can use this link.

 

Please note that you’ll need to follow the instructions on the next 3 pages to fully downgrade from the paid plan.
