Hello,
I took some time to review the terms of your HP Promotion:
https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/space-storage/hp-promotion
The table indicates that HP Devices purchased on or after 9/1/2020 are to have a promotional offer of 100GB of Dropbox space for 12 months.
I purchased a HP 15t-dy200 Touch Laptop directly from HP's website on 11/26/2020. This laptop was assembled new on 12/03/2020, and was delivered on 12/10/2020. By all accounts it should have the 100GB Dropbox offer, however it only came with the 25GB offer through the pre-loaded software, which was added to my account.
Is there any way that support can fix this? I have receipts for my laptop purchase.

I bought my laptop on 22 July 2021 and it says it is supposed to come with 100GB space. It's only 25gb space. https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/space-storage/hp-promotion.
Please help me out.
