I requested a refund last week.

I requested a chat on October 24th last week.

It takes about three or five days been informed that, but I haven't heard yet.

It's been a week. I'd like a refund as soon as possible.

Hello @youngsuk3519 - welcome to our Community!

I'm sorry I won't be able to help with your billing inquiry here as this is a public forum and we simply don't have visual to this kind of information.

If you've already discussed this with our team and they confirmed that they've processed a refund already though, you should be contacting your bank for further information.

As you mentioned, refunds can take 3 to 5 business days to be processed but this is outside of our remit as it's merely due to how banks work.

In case you have a ticket ID for me to look-up, please pass it on so I can locate it on our system and get on it asap.
