I see a charge of £9.99 monthly, but I am on a basic plan. How I can check if this is fraud?

I see a charge of £9.99 monthly, but I am on a basic plan. How I can check if this is fraud?

I checked with the bank and asked them to block it, but the charge still went through with a different code. I tried dropbox tool to check to which account the charge is related, but the code in the bank statement is a 10 digit one and cannot be recognized. I cannot contact dropbox support to check. What should I do?

As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

 

You can do this by logging into your account, clicking this support link and providing as much info as possible.
