I signed up for Dropbox Plus but I still get the message that my account is full. Any help?

I joined a free small dropbox when it was new.

I newer used it (made some small tests two weeks ago)

Now I feel I need it, went to www.dropbox.com an signed

for a dropbox plus (2 TB).

Now using www.dropbox.com I frequently get a message 

that my box is full and I should upgrade to 2 TB !

Is the more than 5 year old dropbox stil active?

How to get  rid of that one an move to the 

new 2 TB I signed and payed for?

Hi Par

 

Are you sure that you use the correct email address to log on to your Dropbox Plus account? You did not mention if you "upgraded" the account in your original post. Chance is that you have a Basic AND a Plus account with two different email addresses.
