Im paying for an upgraded account but it won’t upgrade my account it’s says full

Hi @Mtay1183, I'd be more than happy to help look into this with you. 

 

Could you clarify if you upgraded directly from our website or if you used your mobile device?

 

Also, could you check if you're looking through the relevant Dropbox account by having a look at the email address?

 

You can do this by going to:

  • Website - your General tab in your Settings.
  • Desktop app - Dropbox icon > avatar icon > Preferences > Account tab.
  • Mobile app - Account tab (iOS) or Settings (Android).
