Yesterday I make payment through my apple account but my Dropbox account is not upgraded yet.

Hi @Francesco Sapio, I just wanted to jump in and ask if you've also tried restoring your purchase from your Dropbox app on your Apple device?
To do so, follow the below steps:
If you can't see the Restore purchase option, it usually means that your mobile app isn't up to date, and you'll need to update it from the App Store on your device and try again.

Can you see any confirmed or attempted payments on this page?
Have you contacted Apple directly to see if there is any issue with the transaction on their end?

From apple the payment is done and I received also the invoice from them, I had contact them and from their side the monthly updated is done.
On this page still is not coming out, and when I put the id that apple give me. Dropbox says is not valid.
