Hi,
I subscribed to DropBox Plus February 1, 2020. I haven't tried to access it until today. No matter what I do, I can only access DropBox Basic. I tried the Chat Support, which was entirely unhelpful. I tried emailing support, and received a template response basically saying "no help here, sorry." I am on the verge of just cancelling and deleting. Someone, for the love of all that is good and holy, PLEASE give me an actual answer here. This is intolerable. I'm seriously questioning the wisdom of using a service for which help seems ENTIRELY unavailable.
Baby steps please. Like, I mean, tiny, itty bitty baby steps.
