I upgraded to Plus in September but my desktop app says Basic. Any ideas?

I upgraded to Plus in September but my desktop app says Basic. Any ideas?

hi all, 

 

In September i did upgrade my account to the plus version. Today i try to login from the laptop and it says is on the basic account...what should i do?

Hey @marcolino, thanks for reaching out to us. 

 

As a first step, could you check that you've signed in to the relevant Dropbox account by having a look at the email address you used to log in? You can do this from:

  • Website - your General tab in your Settings.
  • Desktop app - Dropbox icon > avatar icon > Preferences > Account tab.
  • Mobile app - Account tab (iOS) or Settings (Android).

If you're not sure which email you used to upgrade and you have charges on your credit card, you can look up the email address with our credit card charge lookup tool.
