I upgraded to Plus via my iPhone, but my account still shows up as Basic

I upgraded to Plus via my iPhone, but my account still shows up as Basic

New member | Level 2

Yesterday I upgraded my account from Basic to Plus since I wanted to upload files with more than 2GB.

I did this within the Apple iPhone App using the suggested upgrade button.

 

I did receive the confirmation email but it still shows me that I have a Basic Account and that my storage was full.

Also the "upgrade" Button is still suggested. If I click on it it says that I already have Dropbox Plus...

 

Anyone who has similar experiences?

Hi @SebGreenwood, thanks for posting on the Community!

 

It sounds like the upgrade hasn’t been applied to your account.

 

Could you go to the mobile app, tap Account on the bottom right, then the gear icon on the top left, and ‘Restore Purchases’.

 

Let me know how it goes!

Hi @SebGreenwood, thanks for posting on the Community!

 

It sounds like the upgrade hasn’t been applied to your account.

 

Could you go to the mobile app, tap Account on the bottom right, then the gear icon on the top left, and ‘Restore Purchases’.

Yes i am having the same issue and I cannot get in touch with anyone at Dropbox
