I upgraded to a team plan by accident. How can I downgrade to revert back to my personal account?

Hi There. 

 

I have made a mistake when I had to renew the private account, I accidentally made it to a buisness account? Now I cant go back an made it to my normal personally account? 

What did i do? 

 

Can you help me out? I cant writre to support, it says there are a mistake every time I try.
