I upgraded to an annual Dropbox Business plan by accident, please help

Two days ago my free trial period ended and yesterday I had to upload a work for the university but I couldn't as the free trial ended. I had time for uploading the work until 9 o clock at night and at 8 I entered dropbox and read fast and understood 10 euros per month and I did the payment....and inmediately I saw a charge of 450 euros in my bank app. Inmediately I cancelled the suscription to dropbox but will I receive the money back? I read then that it was 10 euros for each member for a year. I just need Dropbox for uploading 3 college works a year.

Hi @mcostacantos, thanks for messaging the Community!

 

As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

 

You can do this by logging into your account and clicking the 'How to cancel / refund your subscription' and add the info required further down the page.

I already cancelled the suscription when I saw the bill. Will they refund me??
