I upgraded to the Family plan from Professional, and now I can't change back.

I upgraded to the Family plan from Professional, and now I can't change back.

I had a Professional account and I changed for a Family plan and I didn't like, so I tried to change back to Professional and I'm not allowed. Also once you sign up for Family plan you are not allow to close and/or delete you account until the contract is over.. I have been with customer support for the last 3 days and only silence is the response. 
if anyone are having the same issue posted here and we might get a lawyer to help us out.

Hi there @le Pensuer, I'm sorry to hear you've been having trouble with this!

 

Since you reached out to Support for assistance with changing the plan, can you let me know the ticket number (eg. #1234567) you received?

 

Also, how long was it after upgrading to the Family plan that you wanted to switch back to the Professional subscription?

Good luck getting someone on the phone. Here is my gripe. I spend $11.99 for a 2 terabyte account but I am not using anywhere close to that. How do I go to a lesser plan without cancelling everything (which I am very close to doing at this point!!)?
