HI, i bought 2TB with dropbox plus, but my storage is always 2 GB.

it is not 2 TB.

what to do ?

 i hav already paied

Are you sure the transaction went through, and that you've upgraded your existing account and not started another by mistake? You used the same email address for the transaction?

 

If you have the transaction ID from your credit card, you can lookup the account using the credit card charge lookup tool.
