I upgraded to the wrong subscription. How can I get a refund?

filed for wrong account subscription

was charged a large sum for account we do not need

cancelled the scubcription 2 minutes later but our account was charged

 

how do we get a refund if I didnt even use dropbox and onlu logged in for a minute!!

Hi @bpgstudio; welcome to our Community!

 

In cases like those, I usualy recommend trying an incognito window while logged out from any Dropbox account. 

 

When on this page, click on the 'Need help with a billing issue?' button and submit a Help Request from the relevant option at the bottom of the page and input your payment's information along with an email address we can reach you. 

 

I hope this gets resolved for you soon!
