I've for clarifying how to submit a help request through the ticketing system. I followed instructions and submitted my help request providing the required information.
And I don't know why paypal credit card automatic deductionUS $ 208.95 .... is not something I can afford at this time!
Please help me ... I've been no work right now ... how can I live ...Why is it so difficult to get in contact with someone from Dropbox ?? How can I have this charge removed? Please help me ...
You need to do so logged in to that account via www.dropbox.com/support. However, please note that unless legally obliged Dropbox T&Cs do state no refunds.
If you cannot find an option use an incognito window and choose the help logging in.

I have created 2 open tickets 6 hour ago ... but no one reply and help! I just worried ...
