Ive been charged by apple for the subscription of my dropbox which is 9.99

 

my account is still saying i should upgrade it as if i havent payed what do i do?

One of two things has happened:

1) you accidentally have 2 accounts and the one on your iOS devices has upgraded but as its not the same on others they've not upgraded 

2) something has gone wrong - but sadly the ONLY people who can help with it are Apple via itunes.
