I've been charged by Dropbox for 2 years without knowing, why?

Today I got a transcation notice of USD119.88 by DROPBOX,

However, I did not purcahse dropbox at all and did not enter my credit card number before.

I called my credit card company, they said one same charge was made last year the same date.

Apparently I have been charged by dropbox USD119.88 per year for two years and I am still a Dropbox basic user.

Dropbox colleague, please help me to resolve it, I never subscribe trail and I have no idea how you have my credit card information.

Hi @YLu, thanks for joining the Community!

 

If your account is showing as Basic, then most likely you have another Dropbox account associated with the payment.

 

Could you try locating the charge through the card lookup tool here?
