I've been charged by Dropbox, how can I contact them to find out why?

Hello, 

 

How can I get in contact with someone working at Dropbox and not just a robot? 

I have beened carged for urchases thta I haven't made but cannot get anyone to contact me or answer my questions. 

 

If you have any idea as to how deal with this you would be a great help.

Hi @CBillie, thanks for posting on the Community!

 

I understand your frustration over this matter.

 

You can contact the support team for billing issues by logging into your account, clicking this support link, scrolling down to 'Submit a help request', and providing as much info as possible.

 

Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system!
