I've been charged for over a year of pro but my account has always been basic

I have been receiving montly charges for Pro membership but my account has said basic all along. I've accumulated at least a year of charges. How can I go about getting this refunded? I do not see the 12 digit number they tell me I need. I so desperately just want to speak to a person about this. I've been trying for hours

I dont think you'll get a full year of refunds as the T&C's do state no refunds. 


However, use the credit card look up tool via this page to work out what account has been upgraded and ask for support via that one.
