I've been trying to cancel for 2 hours now. Can you help?

I HAVE TRIED FOR OVER 2 HOURS NOW TO CANCEL.  THERE IS NOTHING THAT ALLOWS ME TO DO SO.  I AM BEING CHARGED $9.99 AND I JUST WANT IT TO STOP.  WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT.
