I've been upgraded to the Plus plan on my employer's email address but I'm not seeing it. Help!

Hi Dropbox

 

Using my employer's email address I have been provided an upgrade to 2TB.  However, this storage space is not showing.  Rather the basic 2GB.

 

Please help asap. 

 

We are working from home now and I am needing this additional storage to share large files and data with clients and colleagues.

Are you sure you're signed into the correct account? Look on your Account page. Does it show your employer's email address?

Hi @O-Dogs, thanks for messaging the Community!

 

Did they ensure they were signed into that account when they made the upgrade to the account?

 

Did the boss upgrade via the mobile app or the Dropbox site directly? If via the site, try to locate which account is associated with the transaction here
