I'm sure I've paid for the upgrade to Dropbox for business for myself and another member of my team, but when I log in I"m still getting the message to upgrade and I"m being told my storage is nearly full.

Sorry, I'm a bit confused... She's saved everything into my Dropbox folder, which has the additional space. So does that mean she can delete everything from her Dropbox folder but it will still appear in my Dropbox folder as she shared it with me?

I upgraded my account, payment was taken from the credit card that I used on 28th June 2015 but still no update.  The credit card owned can confirm the payment has been taken.  Help please

Hello Tessa.

The usual cause of this scenario is, rather than upgrading, the end user has inadvertently created a new separate Pro account.

If this isn't the case, you'll need to raise a support ticket for a definitive answer.

Open your ticket here: https://www.dropbox.com/support

Track your ticket here: https://dropbox.zendesk.com

Replies take approximately 1 - 3 business days with Pro users getting priority (longer for Basic users).

Note: Billing queries can only be resolved by contacting Dropbox Support.

Sorry that I can't be of more help in this instance.
