I've refered several people. They tell me they never recieved the link. A few have signed up manually after the fact. My status shows they already have an account even though they never had dropbox before I refered them. How can I still get my bonus space.
To be honest, we wouldn't be able to check if they have cretaed their Dropbox accounts before the referral was send, when you request it. The receivers privacy is a barrier here.
Unfortunately, I cannot really solve the mystery for you in this public discussion, but I have send you an email to look into the referral record of your account with your help. If you could have the other users write in a ticket from the email addresses you referred, letting us know they just created the account and they did not get the referral space as well, I could help.
We will have to work all together for this problem to be investigated. Get back to me via email with their ticket numbers and I will help you all with your referrals.
Please take screenshot of the message you described you see, if you refer to a new email and you get the same message again.
