I have two email addresses I used for dropbox. One is active the other one is not. Unfortunately, I have accidentally paid for the incorrect account. Is there a way to reverse the payment and apply it to my other active email?

Otherwise, use incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.
