I've upgraded the wrong Dropbox account, can you help?

I have two email addresses I used for dropbox. One is active the other one is not. Unfortunately, I have accidentally paid for the incorrect account. Is there a way to reverse the payment and apply it to my other active email?

Hi @crg2429, thanks for messaging the Community!

 

I understand your concern over this matter. As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

 

You can do this by logging into your account, clicking this support link and providing as much info as possible.

I also upgraded the incorrect account and need to change the upgrade to my other account.
I have tried to follow all instructions I found but cannot find out how to switch the upgrade to the correct account

I have tried contacting the suport but get the following message each time

Hi @Nick Barnard, if you're not able to submit a ticket, could you try switching browsers to see if this helps? 

 

Otherwise, use incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

I upgraded the incorrect account

Please help. I have two email addresses I used for dropbox. One is active the other one is not. Unfortunately, I have accidentally paid to upgrade the incorrect account. Please tell me how to reverse the payment and apply it to my other correct account.   Or how I can speak to someone who can help.

After trying unsuccessfully for days to get this sorted, I no other alternative but to have the payment reversed by my bank.

Then I suddenly got emails from Dropbox offering to assist.

That was too late, as I moved to using One Drive Free, and get 2 Terabytes of storage.

This comes free with a 6 license annual subscription for Bitfender

License under wrong acocunt

Hello,

 

I have buyed a basic license under my private account. i want to switch this to my own business account but this email is already registered at Dropbox wherefor i cannot switch the email address to it. How can i solve this? I want my license from [removed per the Community's Guidelines] under  [removed per the Community's Guidelines]

 

Please help me.
