I've upgraded to Dropbox Professional but still have no free quota?

I have paid €199,00 for an upgrade to Dropbox Prefessional.

It keeps saying dropbox is full.

Gefeliciteerd met je upgrade naar Dropbox Professional. Deze e-mail is je ontvangstbewijs.

Wil je slimmer werken met je grotere en betere Dropbox? Met Professional beschik je onder meer over de volgende nuttige mogelijkheden:

  • 3 TB (3000 GB) opslagruimte om je dierbare herinneringen, werkbestanden en andere materialen te beschermen zonder dat dit ruimte op je apparaat in beslag neemt

Op de pagina Betalingen vind je een gedetailleerd overzicht van je transacties met Dropbox. Hier kun je de factuur bekijken, downloaden en afdrukken.

Er wordt per jaar € 199,00 inclusief toepasselijke belastingen (minus eventuele tegoeden of actiekortingen) in rekening gebracht totdat je het abonnement opzegt
Bedrag: € 199,00
Nieuwe opslagruimte: 3 TB

Hi @Lieselotje, thanks for joining the Community!

 

It sounds like you might be logged into a different account, and that you've upgraded another Dropbox account.

 

Could you try entering that transaction ID on the card lookup tool to see which account it's associated with?

 

This will help me assist further!
