I want a refund for a recent charge and the overdraft fees. What can I do?

I was charged 15.99 from drip box yesterday and I cancelled dropbox 9 months ago, this is ridiculous as I had a bill bounce because of it and it has now cost me 45 dollars extra plus it was my car payment that bounced so now my credit is going to take a hit. This really sucks as I dont use drip box at all and I cancelled my subscription 9 months ago. My friend is a small claims lawyer and said if needed he will take my case on pro bono. I want the 15.99 back and the 45 dollars for the bounced payment.

Hi there @Jamessmith13, thanks for reaching out to us on the Dropbox Community. 

 

If you have a Basic account but you found a Dropbox charge on your credit card that you don't recognize, it could be that you have a separate account.

 

You can use our credit card charge lookup tool to find the email address and payment date associated with it.

 

If you have any trouble along the way with this though, you can submit a Help Request by going to this link via an incognito window and filling out the relevant info requested.
