Hi Team

I initiated a transaction of $720 today via credit card in error and now my local bank tells me that to reverse the transaction dropbox has to initiate the cancellation process.Kindly help me by cancelling the transaction and refunding the $720 to my local bank .Thanks in advance.The transaction ID is [personal information removed as per Community Guidelines]
