Hi all: In the past I had a personal account, but used my work email to create the account. I left the job and forgot about the account. I contacted Dropbox about helping me regain access to my account. They cannot because the orignal email no longer exists. How do I get Dropbox to just cancel the whole account and stop charging me?

You'll need to contact Dropbox Suport directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
