I want to cancel my subscription but have no way to enter my drop box account - how do I do that ??

I have a drop box account I have never used - I have been getting billed for it for some time now. I find that the account is set up on a new email account of which I have no password. When I press forgot password it send the email to my gmail account which I acnnot access. So there is no way for me to access my drop box account and cancel the subscription. How do I ahndle this situation

Hi @hartaj; thanks for joining our Community and sorry to hear about this. 

 

Since you're no longer able to access the account in question, I'd suggest getting in touch with our support team so we can assist further. 

 

Just make sure to use an incognito window without logging into any account and from there, when on this page, click on the 'Need help with a billing issue?' button and submit a Help Request from the relevant option at the bottom of the page and input your payment's information along with an email address we can reach you.
