I have tried several times to cancel my subscription. My Google play says I don't have any subscriptions and I can't find anything in the app. My chard is being charged every month. Please help

Can you please clarify how you had upgraded in the first place? Was this through our website directly or the app store on a mobile device?
While we're at it, what is your account's plan tab showing at the moment?
