I want to cancel my trial but I don't see a "manage" option

I want to cancel my trial but I don't see a "manage" option

I thought I signed up for a Professional Trial PLan. 

I received an email that it was almost up and I need to cancel. When I follow the steps, it does not give me the  "manage plan" option.

 

Also , when I click on the link from another thread, it says I don't have a subcription. So which is it??? 

The email says I do but the link says I don't?? I don't want to get charged and I don't want to spend hours fixing this...

Hello @ellispack6, thanks for checking in with us about this. 

 

In general, you can check out the subscription that you are on by going to your Plan tab

 

If you find that you're on a trial without the option to manage your plan, or you have unidenitified charges, you can always contact our team here regarding this matter via an incognito window (without signing in).
