Hey I got a charge for Dropbox for $199 and I never wanted to pay that. I think my son started a trial so he could move some pictures or something so I didn't know to cancel. I want to cancel Dropbox and I want to refund and it seems to be impossible to contact anybody. It took me 20 minutes just to get to this. A phone number would be great! Somebody please contact me and tell me how to get my refund and cancel my subscription please!

Due to account-specific info required on the matter, please contact our Support team via this link froman incognito window, without signing in, and fill out the information that it asks for.
