I have a Dropbox Team account and it is linked to my personal email. I want to delete the team account and open a personal account under the same email, but first I need to unlink the email by deleting the account. I've already deleted all members from the team, and I'm trying to figure out how I can delete the actual account. Any help?
Hi there @GrumS, I'd be happy to help!
To delete a Dropbox account, you'll have to first cancel the subscription and then delete the team.
Once you do that, your account will downgrad to a Basic (free) plan, so you won't have to recreate it if you want to simply make it a personal one.
Out of curiosity, could you let me know what your Plan tab shows at this moment?
