I want to find the ip address of the person who accessed my files

Hi,

I received an email today saying that a new device logged in on my DB account. I don't know who that was and i would like to find the ip address of that particular person.

Is it possible and how.

I am willing to make a formal complaint to the police if that gets me the right to access the ip catalog, because i am in a legal dispute at the momet and i supect the person suing me.

Hi @Edouard Lax, I'm sorry to hear about the situation!

Can you check your account security page here, and see if you can find the entry there for the new login?

If you see the suspicious login listed there, hover over the "i" icon under the "most recent activity" column to see the IP address.

I would suggest taking a screenshot of this and saving the relevant info shown there, and then sign out this session by removing the entry, with the trash can icon to the right.
