Trying to upgrade and can't get to next step because it just keeps prompting me to sign in to my school account.

Hi @sarasuzuki, thanks for joining the Community!
Do you have two separate Dropbox accounts, one a personal account and another a work account (on a free team) connected to each other using this method?
If so, you might need to disconnect them, upgrade the personal account, and then reconnect them to allow the upgrade to progress.
