I was charged for an account I have canceled.

I canceled my subscription but was still charged. I cannot get ahold of anyone who is not a bot at this company. I hate dropbox but was forced to use it for my work. I am very frustrated.

Hi @MW13; welcome to the Community!

 

I'm sorry to hear about this and in this case, I'd suggest using an incognito window without logging into any Dropbox account. 

 

From there, when on this page, click on the 'Need help with a billing issue?' button and submit a Help Request from the relevant option at the bottom of the page and input your payment's information along with an email address we can reach you. 

 

I hope this gets resolved for you soon and please let us know if you have any more questions.
