I was charged for an annual subscription instead of monthly, can you help?

So my name isArnold jackson and instead of monthly deductions for Dropbox business standard a whopping $450.00 was charged as yearly , therefore I need a refund please

I haven't received my refund from Dropbox

hi dropbox

my name is arnold jackson, and i mistakenly subscribed for dropbox business for one year instead of monthly payment.

i had a discussion with the dropbox team and my id ticket for that day is ticket #10639574. the person said that he had effected the refund , that it will take 3-5 working days, 5 working days hjave passed and no information or reversal.

i need to know what is the situation and why i have not gotten the refund?

My ticket # is 10639574. I complain about being charged for yearly billing instead of a month billing and I was told it was going to take 3-5 days , till now no refund why?

Dropbox do not work on weekends @Arnold Jackson  

 

I suggest updating your open ticket at http://dropbox.zendesk.com to see whats happening

Recently I mistakenly paid for yearly Dropbox business and I need to cancel and pay for a month bill. I had contacted help center almost 2weeks now and I was told it will take 3-5 working days but till now no response, why?
