I was charged in 2018, and I want a refund for that payment

I was charged in 2018, and I want a refund for that payment

I just tried a trail function on July, 8, 2018. But after that, DropBox charged my Paypal Account $750 on July 16, 2018. But I never use the service after trail version. When I logged into my Paypal account yesterday, I just found this payment.

 

This Payment happened on July 16, 2018. And I never know it , and never use the storage service. You could check your backend statics to make sure this.

 

My Demand is refund my $750 payment to my Paypal Account, because it is not my intent, and never use your service.

 

I tried to contact your support, but every chat person just sent me some links, not any response, not email . 

Who and what is Email I need contact ?

I'm sorry to hear about this matter. As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

 

You can do this by logging into your account, clicking this support link, scrolling down to 'Submit a help request', and providing as much info as possible.

I clicked the link you sent (https://www.dropbox.com/support/billing), and select "Submit a Help Request".

 

After filling all the info, then click Submit button,  your page alwasy shows " There was a problem completing this request."

 

Please tell me why? how to process this ? how to solve my problem?  Such a bad experience!
