I was charged through Apple for my subscription and a few days later my account downgraded.

Hi, 

 

I was charged on my Visa by Apple for my Dropbox Plus - Monthly in June 30. Then now after two days, my Dropbox account was down graded to Basic, for not paying the monthly fees!? How can I solve this issue. I tried to conact Apple but I couldn't find an easy way or an email. Thanks

You almost certainly have 2 accounts. If you could upgrade via Apple then your account here was already basic. Check what account was upgraded within the App store and make sure that is the one you are using on all devices.

Yes I have two account I check both of them, all are still Basic, none upgraded :(

 

I was Plus account for few months before, then I faced a trouble with my Visa, I got a new Visa then I updated the infos in Apple iTunes then I got charged for my Dropbox Plus account and I reccived billing email about the charges. But still not yet upgraded to Plus this's the full picutre

You need to speak to Apple I'm afraid - although my guess is still that an account has been upgraded via the App Store it just isnt the one you expected. 

 

Unfortunately Dropbox have no access at all to Apple's billing systems

Thanks for the reply, I just loged in in both account and belive me both are still Basic. 

 

I was charged by Apple and I have an email with billing ID and I reccived a message from my Bank that my Visa was charged. 

So I'll just contact Apple for a refund and to cancel the subscrpistion and cancel the automatic renewal.
