I was signed out of Dropbox and I can't log back in, what can I do?

Explorer | Level 3

I can’t log into Dropbox! I was randomly logged out! My email is “[email removed as per Community Guidelines]” can someone please help me!?

Can you let me know exactly what's preventing you from signing back into your account?

Did you forget your password? You can request a password reset from here.

Are you receiving an error message? If so, please send me a screenshot of that error, excluding any personal info.

Also, can you let me know where you were signed out of? For example, the desktop app, mobile app or the website.

Let me know and we'll go from there!
