I was trying to switch currencies for billing and now have a syncing issue. Can you help?

Hi All, 

I've been DP discussing with the team for the past three days on how to switch my currencies with my plan.  Operating on the recommendation to let my account expire - I have done,  so but still having issues with the switch. 

Now my team is without access to files and work has paused. Disaster!

Can anyone assist?

Hi there @User26, thanks for reaching out to us and I'm sorry to hear about your frustration. 

 

In general, if your new billing country uses the same currency as your current one, you can simply update your billing info. However, if it's not the same, you'll have to cancel your subscription and upgrade using the relevant billing info. .
