I am going to warn people not to sign up with this company, I signed up to pay monthly and really had my doubts to begin with because it said $9.99 a month but when I signed up it then said $11.99 a month is what they would be charging me monthly but went ahead and did it. Well...........after giving my bank info and everything and getting it I got a message saying that everything was going good. I looked at what they charged me, well they took $119.88 out of my bank and if I could of afforded that to begin with I would have just paid that but I can't. I was then just going to cancel the whole thing. When I went to do that it told me that all of my files would be wiped out and gone forever. It had already downloaded my pictures and everything. I would have lost them so I'm stuck. No money and stuck with a company I HATE because they LIE TO YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi there @kizzylou921, thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to hear about your frustration.
Generally, when you upgrade or downgrade your subscription, the files that are saved on to your account are not affected.
In the case you downgrade to a Basic account though and your files exceed the maximum storage available, your account stops syncing.
This only means that you won't be able to add new or edit existing files until you bring your quota under the limit.
As for the charges, you can contact our team to have a look into this with you.
Could you just let me know the ticket ID (eg. #1234567) associated with the interaction so that I can pass your comments along?
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
