Hey, I have just upgraded from Dropbox Plus to Professional via IOS Subscription, its yet to show on my account on my laptop... how long apprpx does this take? Does anyone know
Hey there @anansiglobal, let's see what we can do here.
If you haven't already, could you try restoring your purchase from your Dropbox app?
You should be able to do this by tapping on the mobile app's gear icon (on the top left of your screen) and selecting Restore purchases.
