ISO 27001 and Dropbox System administrators' files access

New member | Level 2

Hi people,

my Company is currently under ISO27001 certification process. The certificator asked for clarifications about Dropbox Sys Admins.
I mean: he'd like to know which kind of access Drobox (via its SysAdmins team) has on the files My Company is storing in Dropbox.
Obviously I know that, upon Authorities requests (e.g. Police etc), someone at Dropbox is able to access any file but, in normal conditions, are there any limitations in place that grant me no one is allowed to access stored files?
Where, in the website, could I find any official explanation for this kind of stuff?
Thanks in advance
