I heard about Dropbox 2021 ignite apprenticeship program, My question is can someone who has graduated having a major in Computer engineering in 2020 can apply to the program, without having any software experience in the industry?

Yes, I am applying through my school that led us to that form. The reason I asked is that the form required a cover letter at submission. I've always been told that it is best practice to address it to the person in charge of the hiring/decisions if the information is available.

If it is not available or unknown, I can leave it the normal way. I was just wondering if there is a specific person or team to address.

I am interested in joining the Engineering Apprentice Ignite 2021 program, but i wondered does the apprenticeship are welcoming someone from Asia specifically Indonesia(GMT +7) because i believe there's at least 12 hours difference between my country and Dropbox's location.
