Hi.

I continue to be debited every year (April 17) from a Dropbox Plus account that I used for a company that fired me in July 2019. I no longer have access to the email address, to the account and therefore I cannot cancel it and be reimbursed for US $ 119.88.

I can't find how to do it on the support page?

Help me please?

Visit the Support page while you're NOT logged into a Dropbox account (or this forum) and you'll see a button for billing issues.
